Our priority is and
will remain a safe and reliable scaffolding service to all

We
hope that just from this brief look at some of our work, you will see it
covers a vast array of types of work that we have completed. There is'nt
a uniform type of work that we take on but prefer to have a varied
schedule of contracts to focus on all the time. There was a period not
very long ago when most of our contracts where housing developments,
mostly go to the site and add a level to the existing scaffolding. Which
does become a very tedious routine if you perform it a multitude of
weeks at a specific time. With the housing market now subsided we still
receive quite a good number of new house contracts. But now these are
mostly a single or pair of houses not a large number in one location so
are not keeping you in one place for weeks. But this is often how life
is, you never get everything you'd like in it we all wish you did. The
cold
time of year people wishing they did scaffolding for
a living is few and
far between. But most who work in the industry are accustomed to the
cold and wet climate of the UK and it's another day at work to
them. Unlike the summer scene's on some photo's when everybody wants
your job outside in the sun, the weather very rarely stops your job
proceeding in our schedule. Extremely bad rain will leave the workers
soaked and cold but they mostly carry on as much as is possible unless
it involves chimneys and getting onto a slate roof where it is just to
dangerous to continue. In these cases the job will be delayed until the
rain stops and the roof is dry enough to continue. When the rain stops a
time for the surface to dry out is also required in January far longer
than is needed in August. The time of year as many attributes that
govern how work can proceed, wheather conditions, hours of daylight, any
number of things not listed. Our work schedule at times as a lot to do
with the time needed before we can get there. We have always tried to
run a impartial job's list of customers. When a job is booked it is
assigned a ID and time we try to keep. To this as much as we can but for
things beyond our control.
